The Board of Elders will be recommended by each Bishop to be nominated an elder of IKCC. These elders will be diverse in protocol, Elders of Education, District Elders, Elders that will be over correspondence with pastors, Elders over praise and worship, Elders over networking working along with the Bishops and Pastors of IKCC.

These Elders (Titus 1:5-6-v.5-For this cause left I thee in Crete, that thou shouldest set in order the things that are wanting, and ordain elders in every city, as I had appointed thee: v.6-If any be blameless, the husband of one wife, having faithful children not accused of riot or unruly.) must be of those that rule well. These elders are to aid the Presiding Bishop, College of Bishops and Tiers of Leadership in making sure everything is ran smoothly and according to the vision of IKCC. They will be instrumental throughout the course of the year to rally support for IKCC annual Pastoral and Leadership Conference and to aide in the scheduling of events as needed.
