All ministers of IKCC must be of integrity. These may not be pastors, but they have a special part to play in God’s Kingdom; while supporting their pastors and home ministries they can still support and serve as educators, evangelists and overseers. One can and will be ordained during the Annual Pastoral and Leadership Conference upon request and putting forth by the Pastor and the church they reside in.

They must have been with the church they reside in for at least 2 years and have served faithful in the work. Roman 12:7 says …Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching;
